1. Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail / Hermes / Yodel): 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping (DPD / Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 business days
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service. We also offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over £30.

4. How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

5. What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with UK law. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Faulty or damaged goods are always eligible for return or replacement.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return postage.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return costs.

7. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.
